- Data Usage: LogsCord does not record message content on cold storage (e.g., hard drives). Message content is securely cached (encrypted) in RAM for up to 48 hours to facilitate moderation and contextual analysis.
- Data Storage: No message content is cached for training or improving moderation algorithms; it is only used securely by the AI during its operation.
- Deletion Requests: Users can request the deletion of their message data via [email protected], through our official Discord support server, or by using the /privacy command. Cached data is automatically removed after 48 hours, and no content is permanently stored.
